The 360 version of GTA ran at 720p with 2xAA. The PS3 version ran at 640p, upscaled with no AA.

Rockstar North is fully capable of working on multiple games at the same time. In fact, pretty much every game studio is. The fact of the matter is, a GTA game will always take priority over any other game they are developing.

Rockstar North isn't the only one making those games. There are about 6 or 7 different Rockstar studios located all over the world.
I'd much rather have my kid (if I ever have any) kill a hooker in GTA than to see Ron Jeremy's hairy balls.
360 version looks faded and PS3 has jaggy shadows. If you disagree then you are blind.

The PC version of Bad Company 2, based on the very few screenshots I've seen, looks better than Uncharted 2. The console versions don't though.

To be honest, I hate the new dark/dull look. Halo isn't Killzone or Gears of War. While halo 3 may have been TOO colorful, I think this is just too much.
